I know each one of you would have been looking forward to Sundarah this year, as I was also deeply looking forward to this, as I love bringing it through and consider it my highest and most important work for Mother Earth. It was not an easy decision to make.

The decision to postpone it until early next year was made by a group of us in April, due to a general feeling that in the limited time we had left for the Academy volunteers to advertise the event, make all arrangements and attract a large group to the event, we would not gather a large enough group for the Sundarah in Byron to do its planetary service to the earth grids and to Mother Earth. 100 people attending this event would be needed for this to occur.

All of us at the Academy, as you well know, have only the highest intentions and heart wishes through our group mission and we are a beautiful soul family who has come together. Each amazing member has only brought beautiful energy into all occurring.

The heart of the Academy is very large due to the incredible group we are and the immense love so many hold for the mission, but as a group we have been experiencing difficulties in being able to manage and organise all that our hearts are guiding us to create, due to lack of resource and primarily the lack of project managers in our organisation. We have had this difficulty for some time and the manifestation of the postponing of Sundarah is simply inviting all of us within the organisation to look at these difficulties and rearrange all so we can all move forward in a new way through embracing and transforming these.

Due to the financial circumstances we now find ourselves in, we are placing out the
call for your loving assistance, and for all to step forward who are guided they could take on project management. Asking all who are able to commit solidly with their time as a volunteer, who have the skills to overlight and manage projects such as Sundarah and bring them to a successful level of operation with the support of other volunteers, to step forward.

We are asking each of you to take the role of supporting the continuing  and growth of the Academy through sharing with your friends the benefits you have received by doing any of the Academy programs. It is at this time, that sales of the Academy programs are needed more than ever. Everyone is very open to suggestions from all involved regarding other solutions. If you have an idea to seed and have the energy to follow through with this, via managing the project, we would love to hear from you.

I truly believe we have all the resource of people we need presently, but it is a matter of empowerment and a matter of developing a system that empowers each individual to be able to work together towards the greater good of our Mission.

Sundarah has been postponed until March 2011 as my schedule of travel overseas for the celestial project and other personal commitments allows me to be able to offer it at this time. I will be travelling away from Australia with the project, from July to Christmas 2010.

Again I am deeply sorry, as a group we were unable to arrange this event in a smoother way, but as a group we are all learning now from this and it is giving us the opportunity to slow down to deeply connect to each other's truths and look at any problems in the organisation so we can be successful on all levels in our group mission together as we move forward towards the future.

I just want to say, I love you all and ask you to open your hearts and forgive all of us, who may have let you down by postponing Sundarah beautifuls, if you experience disappointment from this decision. We felt as we had not officially advertised it and placed out ticket sales, prices and what the program was, it will still ok to do this. We apologise to all of you who are affected that planned ahead all in your lives once the dates were announced. We can only hope that you will be able to forgive this, and understand why this has taken place.
