Hello, my name is Amajjika and I’m located in Sydney, Australia.
Several years ago I was blessed to have some dear friends who would not give up on me. They kept suggesting I attend a series of amazing workshops called EASE. I did, and the rest, as they say, is history! I continue to be deeply grateful to these friends and many more, as we journey together in self mastery and the activation of our keeperships.

Our EASE group has become our most intimate experience of genuine spiritual family. The heart expanding rewards of facilitating a group have amplified throughout my life: I am more complete within myself; and more loving and accepting of all-that-is, than I have ever been. My capacity to feel and express joy, love, and peace, and to embody compassion for all the struggles we are still evolving through, has grown exponentially.
Having studied with Qala since 2004, I heard about EASE when Qala was first developing it and then teaching it in Australia. All of the people I knew who were able to attend one or more of the modules, raved about how it had helped them in so many ways, that I was deeply inspired to find a way to receive this in New York.
In 2007, I developed a serious stress related condition, which was complicated by the discovery of an extreme heavy metal toxicity. In conjunction with my treatments to remove the metals and protect my organs and bones, my doctors said that I had to stop having stress – which at the time was quite daunting to even imagine could be possible. Because ease is the opposite of stress and both are connected to the adrenal glands, I knew that the EASE program held the key for me to change my body’s response to life’s sometimes challenging circumstances and through this, have a chance at reclaiming my health. As soon as EASE became available for people to facilitate, I placed out a clarion call to all my friends and the community of local healers and energy workers I knew, to come and join me to receive EASE. I prayed from the depths of my heart for a group to form, so I might receive this gift: and was supported by a most beautiful Earth-Angel, who assisted me deeply by providing partial scholarships for three members so we could begin as soon as possible. My husband, Peter witnessed this and was moved to join us as well…
There are nine of us all-together now and we have just begun the Advanced Level of EASE. The EASE program is of such noticeable and remarkable benefit, that we are all committed to receiving the entire three levels of the program: Essential, Intermediate and Advanced; and simultaneously we are all very grateful to have this opportunity!
In this new year many facilitators around the world are forming new EASE Program groups or are moving with their group into the next level.

I attended EASE in 2005/06 with Qala Sri'ama and although it was a bit too 'new age' for me at the time, I would go along each month and have profound experiences. I could feel that it was having a great effect on my life and the way I felt inside as emotions, beliefs and judgements I never thought I would be able to clear completely just started dissolving. Every module would open me more and more to an inner peace and depth of an open that I hadn't experienced before. I didn't understand it all completely, but I knew I was experiencing something really amazing!
As soon as the opportunity to facilitate EASE came up, I knew I wanted to - mainly because I wanted to receive the program again but also because it was my first experience in holding a group and I felt it would be a good challenge for me. So I advertised my group and after running a couple of 'Taste of EASE' days, 8 people enrolled. I was very nervous as a facilitator at first but I knew that as long as I held a deeply loving space that I would be fine, very much supported by the Master Healers and Enlightened Masters that work with The EASE Program.
Facilitating EASE has given me so much. Receiving EASE again gives you a deeper level of healing and learning and I highly recommend it. As a facilitator, I have learned how to hold a group energy and how to work with the principles of group consciousness. I have learned to establish an environment for healing that is deeply loving so that everyone in the group feels supported and safe. Each group that journeys through the EASE modules forms a beautiful heart connection as everyone grows and changes and I have had the opportunity of connecting with wonderful people who have become life long friends.
Facilitating EASE is also part of my service to The Divine University Project and to the Enlightened Masters as I assist in bringing their work to humanity which I have seen heal relationships, families and workplaces as old consciousness is cleared, simply and easily.
