Quan Yin assists you to hold the energy of divine love and light in your heart to give you the strength and foundation for all you may experience in the third dimensional realm on Earth. From this foundation you may move far and wide in this realm or another, in this experience or another, yet you will always hold the light of the Divine Heart of All that is within you.

Master Teaching
IT IS the heart beloved one, one needs to open within this and in my light and in my grace I step before you as the Quan Yin that you know me as, for we wish to assist you to open that which is within, to that which you are. For it is indeed that which you will hold to yourselves that will allow you to take the steps forward, beloved one, for that which you need, in the now and in the times to come.
If one turns from oneself and is unable to hold the love and light of that which one is within the heart, the centre of your being, if one is unable to connect to the love and light that sits within the centre of your being, beloved one, one will feel the duality and the division of the energies that pull within and without, beloved one, here in this dimension.
If one is unable to sit within the heart, beloved one, and hold all that is for oneself within the centre of one’s heart, one’s golden heart, beloved one, then it will be very difficult for you to walk your path in joy and bliss beloved one, as we would wish you to and as you would wish yourself. We understand for each and every one, beloved one, it is often difficult to stay within your heart, and this we understand. But we say to you it is important to hold within your heart and stay within your heart the energy of divine love and light. This will give you the strength and foundation, beloved one, in all things from which you experience here in this realm.
And this you may call in, beloved one, and sit yourselves within and feel this around you, knowing this is your connection beloved one to all that is. And if you but have this connection within your hearts, no matter how many times you step outside this, or become distracted, beloved one, by your desire, your wants, and all that is occurring around you beloved one, you will always have this within you to step back into and sit within. It (divine love and light) will restore you beloved one. It will replenish that which you may lose in your energies beloved one, in the duality of your experiences. It will be the rock of your foundation, beloved one, the heart centre that is full and flowing, where you may sit at all times. It will be your haven, your harbour from the storms that may fill your life from time to time, beloved one.
And if, beloved one, this sits here within your heart centre, if it sits within you, you will always have this haven to return to, to sit within when you need support. It will be the divine love of all that is that holds you, offering you sustenance whenever you require it. Offering you the love of the divine beloved one, it will always be there for you, as it is now, beloved one. So we ask you now beloved one, to call this within, to call this light of the being that you are within you. Understand this is your foundation and from this foundation you may move far and wide, wherever it is you may wish to go in this realm or another, in this experience or another. It does not matter, beloved one, for you will always hold the love of the divine heart of all that is within you, that which you are beloved one, for this is what you are, the divine love of all that is. You are the spark of this light and it is from this, beloved one, that you create all that is within your experience. It does not move from this beloved one, for this is what is.
