Evolving Through WisdomThe second Guiding Principle is that divine wisdom may be accessed by all souls through connection to their Divine Presence or via the development of their inner connection to Spirit. As we access our inner wisdom, our ego dissolves and our spirit and soul evolve. Our Divine Model of Management The Divine University Project and The Academy of Energy Science & Consciousness are managed through a unique model of management known as The Spheres of Peace. Within each Sphere of Peace is a working trinity consisting of a manager, a spiritual advisor and a peacemaker. Each Sphere of Peace is aligned to a specific area within the Administration and Education Departments of the Academy, or in service to specific projects. Higher levels of decision-making are conducted through the heart mind union of each member of the trinity, linking to receive divine inspiration and guidance from within. This is a process of communion, which supports every service member’s journey of self-empowerment. This process calls all who offer service to this project to receive inspiration and guidance in heart resonance, in relation to their role in the co-creation of the organisation in accordance to its mission. Management of the organisation is created via communion by the following groups, in contact with their Divine Presence via higher self connection.
Group consciousness and self-empowerment are explored as deeply as possible through this new model of management. Wisdom is received as each trinity or board enters into divine communion with the Enlightened Masters and their Divine Presence. Wisdom is developed through the everyday experience of learning to align to the Seven Guiding Principles and by shifting the perception of the management of our organisation from being focused on the third dimensional physical outlook only, to fifth dimensional Christ consciousness business principles.
