Greeting beloved one, I am Archangel Sandalphon, one of the guardian angels of this blessed Earth and a divine friend of all life here on Earth. When our Cosmic Mother gave birth to all of the angelic kingdoms, one of our special angelic gifts was to play celestial music throughout all time and infinite space, which would bring forth new life out of the pure creation of our beloved Mother-Father God’s blessed cosmic universal energy. Over the eternal billions of eons of time and space, since the beginning of our own creation, we angelic beings have been playing our cosmic and celestial harmonies for the greater benefit of the universe.

Walking Activation Meditation
Just before you begin this walking meditation, say inside, or out loud, to the Universe:
As I Move forward in this Meditation, let every step I take move my whole being forward into my greater spiritual evolution
Go for a walk, try to be in nature if you can, such as a park or a county lane or road or you may have a favorite bush trail that you like to walk along. Let this walking meditation be a part of your natural weekly spiritual practice. Try not to get stressed about having to do this or finding the time for this meditation, just gently bring this meditation into your daily or weekly activity.
Their are no set times for this walk - it can happen at any time and for as long as you wish, the only thing is let your walking be as natural and gentle as possible, for it is not exercise that you are doing, but it is a silent, observational walking meditation. So just breath and let the nature around your being align to it’s healing vibration with your gentle movement.
This meditation activation is very easy to do, for all that is required of you is to go for a walk and gently bring your breathe into alignment with your integrated Ascension. Walk your talk and speak your truth gently and silently by observing your breath as you gently walk along. Whatever may come up in your thoughts, just gently observe them and then let them go, let all your thoughts go out of your mind like floating clouds, drifting away with your gentle breath, as you move slowly along with the gentle movement of your feet.
Gently remind yourself throughout this meditational walk that every step you take is Sacred, for as you are moving forward with each step you make, you are stepping into your natural spiritual evolution of ascension and greater connection to the divine in everything.
